These are the rules we hold ourselves to. Read them and judge whether to trust us. They are short on purpose.

Explain, do not persuade

This is our core principle. We are here to make medical cannabis clear, not to talk you into it or out of it. You will not find sales language here, because we are not selling anything.

Primary sources first

We build our guides on primary sources: GOV.UK, the NHS, NICE, the legislation, and the regulators. We do not rely on clinics for the facts, because clinics are interested parties. Every factual claim is sourced, and we show those sources on the page.

No clinic ranking, no referral fees

We do not prescribe, sell, recommend, or rank clinics, and we do not earn fees for sending you to one. When we describe how treatment, costs, or the law work, we are explaining the system, not steering you anywhere.

Plain English

We write in plain English and explain any term that needs it. If we use a piece of jargon, we define it, and our glossary is there for the rest.

Accuracy, dating, and corrections

We check every fact against its primary source before we publish. We date each guide and review it, because the law and prices change. If we get something wrong, we correct it and say what changed. If you spot an error, please tell us.

Information, not advice

We inform and signpost. We are not a substitute for a specialist clinician or a legal adviser, and we never make claims about whether medical cannabis will help any condition. For your own situation, we point you to the right professional.
